We will help you create a customised fitness program that fits your schedule, budget, and personal needs. Whether you want to lose weight or just gain strength and flexibility, we'll help you achieve your goals safely and sustainably. We'll tailor workouts specifically for you so they're tailored to your body type and needs.

How Does It Work?

It all starts with an initial consultation. 

The initial consultation is an opportunity for us to get to know you, and for you to get to know us. We will discuss everything from your current lifestyle, nutrition and eating habits, training history, fitness goals and obstacles to our Personal Training philosophy and programs.

Based on what we learn about you we will create a plan that is tailored specifically to you and your goals. I will teach you everything that you need to know about how to effectively use your body in order to attain the sustainable changes you are looking for.

Training sessions are scheduled at your convenience. Sessions can take place in our state-of-the-art private training facility in Tralee.

Please note that we are not an open gym. Only Personal Training clients can use our facility.
